Growth Factors

Stem Cell Growth Factors

Stem Cell Exosomes

The Cell 'Exosomes' are the secretions of Stem Cells. Stem Cells continuously secrete bioactive molecules in  the form of Exosomes, which resemble small cells filled with a variety of proteins and lipids. Some of these proteins are powerful Growth Factors. In essence, Exosomes are the way that Stem Cells exert their activity and begin the repair and regeneration process.

At the American Institute of Regenerative Medicine and Surgery (AIRMS) we offer Exosome derived Growth Factors as part of our cutting edge Regenerative Medicine technology platform for our patients. Exosomes can be isolated in the laboratory from cultured Stem Cells and then processed to make them available as a treatment.

Platelet Growth Factors

Platelet Exosomes

Platelets are small cells in our blood stream which have several important functions. One of these is to help our body repair areas of injury. Once platelets arrive at area of inflammation and injury, they secrete their Growth and Healing Factors as Exosomes, which are essentially miniature cells full of proteins.

While Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is often utilized as a platelet based biologic product, at AIRMS we have offer technology which goes several steps beyond PRP. Our technology processes PRP into Platelet Lysate (PRL) which is the most advanced form of PRP and extracts all of the Exosomes in the process. In addition, we also collect and concentrate Exosomes from the blood plasma, which is full of small bioactive proteins. Combining the Exosomes from platelet with plasma Exosomes allows us to offer our patients the most potent Exosome product available from blood.

Synthetic Growth Factors

Cytokines

Cytokines are natural Growth Factors which can also be created synthetically. Cytokines are the body's primary messenger proteins which relay signals between cells and tissues to instruct them on which task to carry out. These tasks can range from cells being instructed to multiply or travel to specific areas of need, the creation of new blood vessels to carry oxygen to diseased tissues, cells to remain alive and viable and many others.

At the American Institute of Regenerative Medicine and Surgery (AIRMS) we have access to the most advanced synthetic Cytokines available. They consists of many different types, each with their own specific role to play in assisting Stem Cells and Biomolecules to repair and regenerate injured or diseased tissues and organs. We offer proprietary combinations of Cytokines which are specific to particular disease entities.

These combinations will balance inflammatory environments, provide an increase in cell numbers and offer the ability to guide Stem Cells toward producing the exact cells needed at areas of injury and inflammation.
